Office Power Failure

Around lunchtime today the power failed to our offices. Whilst this has NO issues for the actual service (hosted elsewhere) it does mean we are unable to respond to support tickets in the usual manner. Any support tickets raised will not get the standard receipt response from us until the power returns thus you may get a reply from us before this occurs as we hope to access the tickets remotely. Non urgent tickets will be worked on only once power has been restored as we do not have access to the usual support system and thus are restricted in what we can do at this time.
